The North
Texas Rental Properties Association (NTRPA) has been in
existence since March 24, 1977 when it was granted a charter
by the National Apartment Association (NAA) through the
efforts of Nathan Brown and Henry Dvorken. We are an
affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) as well
as NAA. We are composed of owners, managers and suppliers of
rental property in eleven (11) counties in North Texas. Our
territory includes the counties of Archer, Baylor, Clay,
Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Montague, Throckmorton, Wichita,
Wilbarger and Young. As an affiliate of TAA we are part of a
state organization of 26 local chapters representing single
family houses, duplexes, tri-plexes, four-plexes and
multi-family properties thourghout North Texas. Our
membership meets monthly for a luncheon meeting where
members interact with each other, exchanging ideas, methods
for dealing with problems and networking. We have
informative speakers who are knowledgable about our
industry, city leaders and legal representatives who keep us
updated on local laws and regulations pertinent to the
rental housing industry, as well as state and national
developments. Product/Service Suppliers are a very important
part of our membership through service and products that are
needed in our industry |
